You will also experience a definite feeling of \“letting go\” when you finish squeezing or contracting these muscles.Now you have identified the muscles involved the exercises are simple and can be performed anywhere without anyone knowing you are even doing them! All you have to do is to contract the muscles of your pelvic floor and hold and then rest for ten seconds before contracting the muscles again. You should repeat the contracting and holding 8 to 10 times and then finish with 5 to 10 short sharp squeezes. The medical experts recommend that you repeat the exercises four to five times a day.
